Day 1 — Coastal Paddling & Arrival
— Sfakia → Sweet Water Beach → Loutro → Marmara Beach → Agia Roumeli
Distance: ~16 km paddling
Day 2 — Samaria Gorge Hike
— Hike Samaria Gorge (Agia Roumeli → Samaria Village → Return)
Hiking time: ~5–6 hours
Day 3 — Kayak Along the Libyan Sea Coastline
— Agia Roumeli → Domata Beach → Sougia

Transfers & Meeting Point
• Start point: Sfakia (Day 1) — arrive by early bus or private transfer
